Religious Exemption Letter
Subject: Assertion of Religious Exemption to Vaccination and Request for Accommodation
I hereby assert my right to a religious exemption from mandated vaccination. My religious liberties are protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that prohibits religious discrimination in the workplace. As well as Illinois Religious Vaccine Exemption Public Act 099-0249 which allows Adults to make the decision not to vaccinate their children based on the adult's religious convictions, therefore acknowledging that an adult in Illinois, holding religious convictions, has the right to refuse vaccinations. As well as protection from laws prohibiting the free exercise of my religious held beliefs under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. As well as Illinois Public Act (775 ILCS 35/15) - Illinois Religious Freedom Restoration Act. As well as guidelines from the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Questions and Answers: Religious Discrimination in the Workplace.
These are my sincerely held Religious beliefs.
I am a Christian who believes in the Bible, including the teachings of Jesus Christ in the New Testament, and the teachings of the prophets in the Old Testament. I have a strong Biblical and Christian worldview.
As a Christian, I am to obey those in authority over us (Romans 13), with the exception of obeying any order contrary to the Word of God as found written within the Old and New Testaments (Acts 5:29), as well as any commands contrary to our God-given conscience which is given to all men to discern between right and wrong, good and evil. (Rom 2:15, 2 Cor 4:2). As Martin Luther, one of the well-known theologians of the Christian Church stated: "To go against conscience is neither right nor safe."
A few theological reasons why being vaccinated with a Covid-19 vaccine would violate my conscience and Christian Faith.
1) Since data from the government Vaers (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) website and compiled at (https://openvaers.com/covid-data) as of 11-03-23 reports 1,614,020 adverse reactions, including 36,726 deaths, 38,959 life-threatening events, 68,819 people being permanently disabled, 212,294 hospitalizations, and a great number of other serious side effects including heart disease from the Covid-19 vaccines. This vaccination mandate would violate the Lord's command to not put anything into our bodies that may cause us harm, for the Christian's body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6:19). And we are not to put the Lord our God to the test by doing something that is dangerous or could lead to death according to Jesus. (Luke 4:12, Matthew 4:7) You see the Devil tried to talk Jesus into committing suicide by using deceitful words and twisting Scripture. He told Jesus to throw Himself down from the highest point of the temple in Jerusalem, and that He wouldn't be hurt. But Jesus replied, "It is said: "Do not put the Lord your God to the test." So we are to follow Jesus' example, and no matter how many others are trying to deceive us into taking the poison claiming it is for the good of humanity, we are to reject their advice because it might lead to our death.
2) A vaccine mandate to protect against a pandemic would violate the Lord's command to His followers not to trust in man for deliverance from a plague, but rather to trust in Him alone.
Psalm 91: "Surely He will deliver you . . . from the deadly plague . . . You will not fear . . . the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, . . . Though a thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, no harm will come near you. . . . Because you have made the LORD your dwelling— my refuge, the Most High—no evil will befall you, no plague will approach your tent. . . . Because he loves Me, I will deliver him; because he knows My name, I will protect him."
Psalm 103:3 "Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases."
2 Chronicles 16:12 "In the thirty-ninth year of his reign Asa became diseased in his feet. His disease was severe, yet even in his disease he did not seek the Lord, but the physician."
3) The Bible teaches that the Lord forms life in the mother's womb. Psalm 139: "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb." And God's commands prohibit the taking of innocent human life. Since the most widely distributed covid-19 vaccines used aborted fetal stem cells to develop their experimental vaccines, in my viewpoint to take the vaccine would be participating in evil. First Thessalonians 5:21-22 teaches that it is the responsibility of every Christian to be discerning: "But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; abstain from every form of evil."
(Note: Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca used a human fetal kidney cell line called HEK-293 to develop their trial vaccines. HEK-293 was originally derived from kidney tissue taken from a baby girl who was aborted in the Netherlands in 1972 and later developed into a cell line in a lab in 1973. Johnson & Johnson used the human fetal cell line PER.C6 to develop its vaccine. The PER.C6 fetal cell line was derived from retinal tissue taken from an 18-week-old baby boy who was aborted in the Netherlands in 1985 and later converted into a fetal cell line in 1995.)
4) One of God's first commands to man is “Whoever sheds man’s blood, By man his blood shall be shed; For in the image of God He made man." Genesis 9:6 God so values innocent life that he has commanded the death penalty for those who take it. The government's Vaers data as of 11-03-23 reports 35,596 deaths and 5,071 miscarriages from Covid vaccines.
God's chosen nation the Jews, were medically experimented on in Germany without their permission by a type of antichrist, Adolf Hitler during WWII. This led to an International Law Code called the Nuremberg Code of 1947, protecting people from such medical tyranny. All nations including the USA signed this code. Violating the code was punishable by the death penalty. Since vaccinations by force, coercion, or government dictates without a person's informed consent violates this Code, I do not give permission to be vaccinated. God commands Christians to obey decrees which are just and are declared to protect against the shedding of innocent blood. (Ezekiel 22:12, Jer 22:17,Jer 19:4, Joel 3:19, and 2 Kings 21:16). The Nuremberg Code is such a law that still applies to the people of all nations today. Some of these same protections concerning experimental medicine in the United States is found in FDA Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) - Subpart B - Sec. 50.20 Concerning Informed Consent of Human Subjects allowing people to decide whether or not to participate without the use of coercion. Also found in the Emergency Use Authorization Act, to which the vaccines are subject, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) states that you have "the option to accept or refuse administration of the product." (vaccines or tests authorized under the Act.)
5) A mandate by businesses to force people to be vaccinated or else lose their jobs, lose their income, or not be able to buy anything without proof of vaccination, as is being promoted in some circles, is very similar to a government mandate of the future Antichrist as found in Revelation 13:17: "That no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." The Bible says, no Christian will take the Mark of the Beast. Now, although I do not believe that this vaccine is the mark of the beast mentioned in Scripture for many reasons, I do believe it has a similar evil nature in that you have to choose between taking a vaccine that may kill you or being able to make a living. It sets a precedent for a future decree by the Antichrist.
6) Since it is clear in Scripture, that God created man in his image. Male and female he created them. (Gen 5:1-2) Which includes a man's natural internal immune system to fight off disease. Since studies have shown that mRNA vaccines can lead to changes in a man's DNA. Man has decided he can play God, that he can design the body better than that which God created. Some studies are showing that after taking some of these vaccines there is a large reduction in the body's natural immune cells, reducing the defense system which God had created to ward off various diseases.
7) The Bible has a clear warning against taking anything that might alter your mind, make you hallucinate, or dream strange visions. This is associated with what God calls sorcery and divination. In the Bible, those who practice sorcery were those who practiced making or taking mind-altering drugs in order to stimulate hallucinations or visions! The Greek word in Revelation 9:21 for sorcery, and in Galatians 5:19 for witchcraft, is the word 'pharmakeia' from which we get our English word 'pharmacy.' These mind altering drugs in today's culture would include, marijuana, heroin, cocaine, LSD, strong alcoholic drink, etc. Since there are some people, who after taking the vaccine, have reported experiencing strange dreams and brain fog, I would have to object to the vaccine. 2 Timothy 1:7 - "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 1 Peter 4:7: "The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers."

8) Lipid nanoparticles are a vital component of the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Moderna's Patent 8,754,062 "Lipid nanoparticle delivery" makes mention of a Lucifer enzyme called Luciferase, mentioned over 215 times in their patent. Lucifer means shining one, light-bearer, or radiating light. In the Bible in Isaiah 14, Lucifer is a reference to Satan, the Devil. In 2 Corinthians 11:14 it mentions that Satan can transform himself into an angel of light. Since all three companies have various patents referring to Luciferase. I wish to have nothing to do with those drug companies.
9) As a Christian I am not supposed to fear death from a Coronavirus, for we have been promised by the Lord that we shall one day be raised to eternal life. Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he die, yet shall he shall live. And he who lives and believes in Me shall never die." (John 11:25) Because of this promise of eternal life, the apostle Paul could say the words "I would rather be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." (2 Cor 2:8) You see Paul, knew that nothing in this world can compare to being in heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ, where there will be no sorrow, pain or suffering. King David, knew this quite well when he wrote Psalm 23, ". . . Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me . . . And I will dwell in the House of the Lord Forever."
The Bible says that the exact numbers of our years on this earth for each man is determined by God. Job 14:5: "Seeing his days are determined, the number of his months are with thee, thou hast appointed his bounds that he cannot pass."
I will not die before or after my appointed time. As Jesus said: "Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows." Matthew 10:29-31 Which means that no person’s life span can be cut short by a Covid-19 virus.
10) Since the very beginning of creation “The Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7 This connection with God’s breath, the breath of life, as being inhaled into the nostrils of men sustaining life is found repeatedly throughout the Scriptures.
Job 27:3 “For as long as life is in me, And the breath of God is in my nostrils,"
Isa 2:22 ”Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?”
In Scripture, death occurs repeatedly when the nostrils are covered. Beginning with the Great Flood of Noah’s day when the floodwaters covered the nostrils of men and all life died except Noah’s family whose nostrils were not covered, Genesis 7:22 states: “All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.”
And it doesn’t make much difference whether you cover your nostrils with water, or with an air-tight cloth according to 2 Kings 8:15. “But the next day he took a thick cloth, soaked it in water and spread it over the king’s face, so that he died. Then Hazael succeeded him as king. 2 Kings 8:15
Cloth placed tightly over the nostrils only seems to work well for assassinations in the Bible.
Not even with a confirmed case of contagious Leprosy were you to cover your nose with a cloth, but only your mouth as is found in Leviticus 13:45-46 “ And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry, Unclean, unclean. He shall remain unclean all the days during which he has the infection; he is unclean. He shall live alone; his dwelling shall be outside the camp.”
The Scripture states above that wearing a mask was only for the person who had the disease and only over their mouth. So, for all the reasons above, I have to object to wearing a tight mask over my nose.
11) Social Distancing & Quarantining are only for those who have the disease in the Scripture quoted above.
The infected person was to let people know he had the contagious disease and warn them to stay away by calling out to them “Unclean, Unclean” if they came near. And he was to quarantine himself away from others. And it was to be done only for as long as the person had a confirmed infection.
12) The entire chapter of Leviticus 13 deals with examining (testing) people to see if they had a contagious skin disease like leprosy or not. Only people that had physical signs of a possible disease were to be examined. People who had no signs were not subject to testing.
13) The prophet Daniel and his three friends Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah requested an accommodation from their overseer, as servants to the King of Babylon, so as not to violate the Lord's command by being forced to eat unclean foods set before them by the Babylonians. The accommodation was granted. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the others that were in all his realm. (Daniel Chapter 1)
Since taking a Covid-19 vaccine, with dangerous side effects including death, and wearing a mask tightly over my nostrils would violate my deeply held religious beliefs, like the prophet Daniel, I ask for alternate accommodation. Such as submitting to temperature checks, wearing my mask over my mouth but putting it up temporarily over my nostrils when in close contact with others or sneezing, working at home as much as possible (if available at your company for your position), possibly working a different shift when less people are around, taking prophylactic regiments such as taking Vitamin D3, C, zinc, quercetin to lessen my chances of getting Covid, home self-testing if I have Covid symptoms, and quarantining if I test positive. None of the above would place an undue burden on the company.
(Note: If you have a Vaccinate or Test mandate at your company, You could negotiate and say that you would be open to testing by a non-invasive home saliva spit test kit, for a very limited set predetermined duration of time when Covid cases in your county go very high. Such as during winter months, although you have a right according to the law to refuse any Emergency Use Only Authorized product, including diagnostic tests.)
As I stated previously, as a Christian, I need to obey the law. Since all Covid vaccines along with Covid diagnostic tests have been given Emergency Use Only approval by the FDA, they are subject to the Emergency Use Authorization Acts’ provisions. 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of the law requires that “an individual to whom the product is administered are informed . . . of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.” (Those products that have EUA approval.)
I believe I have not violated the law or any authority in this company by refusal to submit to any EUA product vaccine or test, for the law passed by the legislature grants me the right of refusal.

Dangers of Nasal Swab Testing
National Institute of Health study of tests with deep nasal nasopharyngeal PCR swab. Hosts for expression of an anti-CoV-S antigen-binding protein includes HEK-293 cells. The cell line derived from kidney tissue taken from a baby girl who was aborted in 1973. The 293 denotes that the HEK was from the 293rd experiment on the murdered unborn child.

Novavax identified the gene for the coronavirus spike protein and created a modified synthetic version of that gene. The researchers cloned the genes into a baculovirus. They then infect fall armyworm moth (Spodoptera frugiperda)cells with the virus to make millions of corona virus like spike proteins. They are then harvested and made into virus-like nanoparticles. This is what is injected into your body.(Note: A baculovirus is a pathogen that is fatal to insects. (Note Vaccines are much more restrictive to my religious beliefs than other accommodations like temperature checks, working at home, working a different shift to limit contact with others, Prophylactic regiments, etc.
These are far less restrictive to my religious held beliefs. Therefore according to 775 ILCS 35 Sec 15 of this act, Since vaccines are not the least restrictive means available to accommodate a person's religious beliefs, they cannot be forced over my religious beliefs).

Subpart B - Informed Consent of Human Subjects
Sec. 50.20 General requirements for informed consent.
Except as provided in §§ 50.23 and 50.24, no investigator may involve a human being as a subject in research covered by these regulations unless the investigator has obtained the legally effective informed consent of the subject or the subject's legally authorized representative. An investigator shall seek such consent only under circumstances that provide the prospective subject or the representative sufficient opportunity to consider whether or not to participate and that minimize the possibility of coercion or undue influence. The information that is given to the subject or the representative shall be in language understandable to the subject or the representative. No informed consent, whether oral or written, may include any exculpatory language through which the subject or the representative is made to waive or appear to waive any of the subject's legal rights, or releases or appears to release the investigator, the sponsor, the institution, or its agents from liability for negligence.
(Note: To say "take the vaccine or lose your job" is coercion, and thus a violation of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) - Subpart B - Sec. 50.20)
Note: Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) states that Americans in a clinical study must give their written consent to any medical treatment such as vaccination. Since vaccines gain licensure from the FDA by passing through 3 out of 4 safety trials, the side effect ratio is never truly known till the vaccine is used widely by millions. All Americans who receive the vaccine will still be enrolled in surveillance studies (Stage-4) and subject to the CFR protections. According to Title 21:50B of the CFR, informed consent requires candidates for vaccination to be given the right to refuse vaccination; have the right to confidentiality (privacy) that their vaccination data will not be shared with other parties without their consent; and have the right to know if there are any alternatives to vaccination.
Sec. 50B.23 Exception from general requirements. - (4) There is available no alternative method of approved or generally recognized therapy that provides an equal or greater likelihood of saving the life of the subject. (Note currently there are countries using Prophylactic Treatments for COVID-19 which are much safer and more effective than the non-approved, covid19 emergency use only vaccines.) Therefore a Covid vaccine cannot be mandated because there are alternatives like Ivermectin.
2) The Emergency Use Authorization Statute Prohibits Mandating the Currently Available COVID-19 Vaccines
The United States Code provides:
[S]ubject to the provisions of this section, the Secretary (of the Department of Health and Human Services) may authorize the introduction into interstate commerce, during the effective period of a declaration under subsection (b), of a drug, device, or biological product intended for use in an actual or potential emergency (referred to in this section as an “emergency use.”
21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(a)(1) (emphasis added) [hereinafter EUA Statute]. As an essential part of the explicit statutory conditions for EUA, the EUA Statute mandates that all individuals to whom the EUA product may be administered be given the option to accept or refuse administration of the product. See 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) (requiring that “individual to whom the product is administered are informed . . . of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product” (emphasis added)). The only currently available COVID-19 vaccines (Janssen/Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, and Pfizer-BioNTech) are only emergency use authorized for use under the EUA Statute
(ii)Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—
(I)that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II)of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.
Covid-19 Tests also Subject to the Emergency Use Authorization act. Same Statute Prohibits Mandating the Currently Available COVID-19 Tests
All current Covid PCR and antigen tests are operating under the Emergency Use Authorization act, subject to the law, which says that EUA products can be refused. Long-term safety and efficacy have not been proven with these products. EUA products are by definition experimental, which requires people to be given the right to refuse them. An employer or government agency such as OSHA cannot circumvent the EUA law, which prohibits mandates.

(Please note: To require people who are unvaccinated to be tested, while vaccinated individuals do not need to be is unequal treatment under the law. Vaccinated individuals can still get Covid and transmit the disease to others.) If safety in the workplace is really the issue then why are the vaccinated not subject to the same weekly testing? Any policy mandating testing for just the unvaccinated is not equal treatment under the law. It may be construed as an effort to coerce the unvaccinated into injecting these dangerous experimental drugs marketed as vaccines, so they won’t have to go through having a swab stuck up their nose every week, similar to the past, if you get vaccinated you can take off your mask forever campaign.)

3) Supreme court Rulings
In Rochin v California (1952) the SCOTUS held that people may NOT have procedures forced upon them. In Griswold v Connecticut (1965) the SCOTUS held that any infringement of those rights would require legislative statute with "compelling and substantial" reasons. In Cruzan v Director, Missouri Department of Medicine (1990), the SCOTUS held that patients have the RIGHT to refuse medical care and that forced care constitutes ASSAULT. In Doe v Rumsfeld (2004) the SCOTUS held that investigational drugs CANNOT be given absent informed consent or Presidential waiver. Such a waiver by the President would demonstrate a flagrant violation of Article VI, paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution and a violation of the Oath of Office (Article II, § 1, Clause 8; 5 U.S. Code § 3331). Such a violation would be by definition, an act of Treason. In National Federation of Independent Business vs. Department of Labor & OSHA (2022) SCOTUS struck down a Vaccinate, or mask up and test weekly, or be terminated mandate: “Although COVID–19 is a risk that occurs in many workplaces, it is not an occupational hazard in most. COVID–19 can and does spread at home, in schools, during sporting events, and everywhere else that people gather. That kind of universal risk is no different from the day-to-day dangers that all face from crime, air pollution, or any number of communicable diseases.”
International LAW Protecting You against Experimental Emergency Use) Vaccines without your consent:
1) Nuremberg Code 1947 - Protections against being forced to take part in experimental medicine. Note: All current Vaccines are approved for Emergency use only (meaning they are experimental stage 4 drugs) Meaning they fall under the Nuremberg Code.
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have the legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior forms of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
(Note: To say take the vaccine or lose your job is coercion, and thus a violation of the Nuremberg Code)
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
(Note: The World Health Organization as of 12-8-23 VigiAccess reports 5,247,554 adverse reactions to Covid-19 vaccines, including 25,894 deaths, 315,525 Cardiac disorders, and many other serious disabling conditions. This is a violation of the Nuremberg Code)
(Note: The U.S. government's CDC *VAERS data as of 11-03-23 reports 1,615,020 adverse reactions, including 36,726 deaths, 38,959 life-threatening events, 66,950 people being permanently disabled. Thus another violation of the Nuremberg Code)

Note: The government's Vaers system itself admits that data reported to Vaers is only a small fraction of the actual cases because reporting to the system is voluntary. They state the following:
"VAERS is a passive reporting system, meaning that reports about adverse events are not automatically collected, but require a report to be filed to VAERS. VAERS reports can be submitted voluntarily by anyone, including healthcare providers, patients, or family members . . . "Underreporting" is one of the main limitations of passive surveillance systems, including VAERS. The term, underreporting refers to the fact that VAERS receives reports for only a small fraction of actual adverse events. 2) DECLARATION OF HELSINKI 1964 Recommendations guiding doctors -in clinical research Adopted by the 18th World Medical Assembly, Helsinki, Finland, June 1964 (free consent must be obtained, not mandated)
" If at all possible, consistent with patient psychology, the doctor should obtain the patient’s freely given consent after the patient has been given a full explanation. In case of legal incapacity, consent should also be procured from the legal guardian; in case of
III. NON-THERAPEUTIC CLINICAL RESEARCH
1. In the purely scientific application of clinical research carried out on a human being, it is the duty of the doctor to remain the protector of the life and health of that person on whom clinical research is being carried out.
2. The nature, the purpose, and the risk of clinical research must be explained to the subject by the doctor. (Note: Currently side effect data inserts listing all side effects including death are not being supplied by the Covid vaccine manufacturers to pharmacists, so all the risks listed in Vaers are not being explained.)
3a. Clinical research on a human being cannot be undertaken without his free consent after he has been informed; if he is legally incompetent, the consent of the legal guardian should be procured.
3b. The subject of clinical research should be in such a mental, physical and legal state as to be able to exercise fully his power of choice.
3c. Consent should, as a rule, be obtained in writing. However, the responsibility for clinical research always remains with the research worker; it never falls on the subject even after consent is obtained.
4b. At any time during the course of clinical research the subject or his guardian should be free to withdraw permission for research to be continued. The investigator or the investigating team should discontinue the research, if in his or their judgment, it may, if continued, be harmful to the individual.

3) International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1976 - Adopted and opened for signature, ratification, and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December 1966 entry into force 23 March 1976, in accordance with Article 49
Article 7: "No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation."
